Original site of the Plaza de Santa Rosa de Lima. The church was built circa 1744 and was in use until the 1930s. Santa Rosa de Lima de Abiquiu was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Tsi-p 'in-owinge is a Cultural Heritage site. Tsi-p 'in-owinge (Village at Flaking Stone Mountain) elevation ia 7,400 feet. The pueblo was built around 1275 A.D. At its peak, more than 1,000 pueblo people lived here. The pueblo was abandoned by 1450. Located 3 miles south of Abiquiu Inn.

Abiquiu Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers managed lake, with recreation areas and a campground. The lake is a 5,200-surface-acre reservoir and offers some of the finest fishing in northern New Mexico. The area includes a fine panoramic view of the Cerro Pedernal (Flint Mountain) from the dam. Located 12 miles north of Abiquiu Inn.

The Echo Amphitheater Trail meanders to Echo Canyon. The trail ascends at a moderately easy pace. The last part of the trail has steep stairs leading up to the Echo Canyon. Located 17.5 miles north of Abiquiu Inn.

The Benedictine monastic community warmly welcomes you to their Abbey on the banks of the Chama River. Located 29 miles north of Abiquiu Inn (takes about an hour due to Forest Road 151) following a spectacularly beautiful river drive.
